A raw space turned into a festive venue

In 2024, a long-time client once again trusted us with organizing their corporate garden party. The event took place on a flat area next to a warehouse, with one clear goal : create a wow effect through a fully immersive scenography, different from the previous edition.

Custom event infrastructures

A u-shaped marquee to guide flow

A new addition to our range, the 528 sqm U-shaped sailcloth tent played a key role in structuring the event. Its unique layout allowed smooth circulation between supplier booths while creating an immersive path for guests.

A stylish, nomadic cocktail area

Inside the silhouette tent, we set up a 120 sqm nomadic stretch tent for the cocktail reception. This was the ideal choice to provide a covered yet open space, filled with natural light.

A comfortable, eco-friendly dining area

For dinner, a 400 sqm stretch tent was installed, complete with a soft, eco-friendly natural flooring—perfectly aligned with the client’s CSR commitments. A walkway was also created to ease movement and intuitively guide guests throughout the space.

A warm guinguette-style scenography

String lights to elevate the vibe

All tents were decorated with warm white and colorful string lights, creating a magical guinguette vibe as night fell. 

Authentic furniture and curated decor

The client added their own furniture and guinguette-themed decor (checkered tablecloths, colorful pennants, vintage lighting) to complete the scene. The result was a festive village atmosphere in a professional setting.
