The lush vegetation, bathed in soft seaside light, created a peaceful and intimate ambiance for the guests. They could stroll through the gardens, breathe in the iodized scents from the nearby bay, and enjoy a final drink under the stars, surrounded by tamarisks.

A Perfectly Integrated Setup in This Unique Setting

Atawa deployed all its expertise to adapt its infrastructure to the particular setting of Villa La Tosca. Despite space constraints and the required handling, the team installed a 120 m² crystal tent perfectly integrated into this beautiful decor. The metal framework floor ensured optimal stability while respecting the surrounding nature.

The crystal tent was chosen for its transparency, allowing guests to enjoy panoramic views of the garden and Arcachon Bay while being protected from the elements. Guests were able to take advantage of natural light during the day, and once night fell, subtle lighting enhanced the ambiance, creating a magical setting.

A Chic and Golden Ambiance

For this exceptional day, Léa and Floriant chose a chic and gold ambiance, with discreet yet elegant touches of gold. Atawa provided golden Napoleon chairs with white chintz cushions to give a refined touch to the reception. The furniture, carefully selected to meet the aesthetic requirements of the couple, was perfectly in line with the chosen theme.

The dinner, organized under the crystal tent, was equally meticulous. Guests were seated around tables dressed in white cotton tablecloths. Noble materials, elegance, and delicacy were the watchwords of this dinner. The white plates, adorned with a gold rim, harmonized beautifully with the golden cutlery. The pagoda tent dedicated to the catering service, measuring 25 m², featured a translucent white roof and an appropriate floor. With dimensions of 5 meters by 5 and a side height of 2.30 meters, this setup offered a functional and efficient space for chef Adam Brunet and his team.
