  The reception took place under an Open-Air tent. A starry ceiling was installed, forming a sparkling vault. Refined furniture included banquet tables covered with white linens and surrounded by Medallion Chairs. Two catering tents were discreetly set up behind the main tent. To conceal the catering area, the wall behind the structure was draped with white brushed cotton. Additionally, a custom white partition was designed to facilitate discreet staff movements between the main tent and catering spaces. To ensure an elegant finish, skirting was installed to hide the space between the floor and the ground. Finally, a dual generator was set up for reliable electrical distribution throughout the event.​
