To turn the estate’s lush gardens into a true reception space, Atawa designed an elegant and understated setting that blended seamlessly into the landscape. A stunning 18 x 18 m sailcloth tent, reminiscent of nomadic structures, was installed as the central space. Covered with light wood-effect flooring, the tent provided a refined open-air cocoon, sheltered from the elements yet immersed in nature.

A wooden pathway linked the main tent to a separate catering area housed in a mini silhouette tent. Both spaces were connected by a covered walkway, ensuring comfort, aesthetic harmony, and optimal functionality.

Three memorable highlights for an unforgettable wedding

A warm and welcoming dinner

The festivities began Friday evening with a welcome dinner that brought guests together in a warm, relaxed setting. Wooden tables, cane Montaigne chairs, Sublym tableware, every detail echoed the couple’s countryside-chic theme. This first evening offered guests a refined preview of the weekend to come.

An outdoor ceremony and cocktail reception

The next day, a secular ceremony was held beneath the trees, overlooking the park. The same cane chairs returned, accompanied by floral arches and a minimalistic decor that highlighted the beauty of the natural surroundings without overpowering them.

After the vows, guests gathered for a cocktail reception. The space, featuring standing tables, a beige Cigare Club buffet bar, and colourful tableware (Sorrente tumblers, Vintage Rose champagne coupes), offered a cheerful, spring-like atmosphere perfect for mingling and celebration.

Wedding dinner under a sophisticated tent

Dinner took place under the large silhouette tent in a cosy, elegant setting. The couple had chosen a mix of round tables with linens and raw oak banquet tables. Carefully curated tableware combined Colbert, Romance, and Blue Lace plates with Sublym glassware and Marquis cutlery, refined, warm, and entirely in tune with the event’s aesthetic.

Atawa also created several custom elements : a digitally printed dance floor, a raised stage for the live band, and bespoke shelving behind the bar to showcase bottles, designed to match the bride’s exact vision.

A seamlessly orchestrated event design

Every element of the decor was carefully considered to create a coherent, functional, and immersive space :

• Light draping instead of traditional curtains for a soft, natural light under the silhouette tent ;
  
• Full-surface flooring in light wood finish for a seamless aesthetic ;
  
• Integrated podiums for key moments (speeches, live music, etc.) ;
  
• Custom-designed dance floor, fully aligned with the wedding's visual identity ;
  
• Discreet skirting to conceal technical equipment ;
  
• Tailored back bar built to the bride’s specifications.

The result : a fully outdoor celebration that honoured the wedding theme while respecting the soul of the location.
