The Bamboo Tent is an exceptional, prestigious, and eco-friendly option for your event. Mounted on sturdy bamboo masts and covered with a white or champagne canopy, it blends originality with elegance. Installed by our passionate team of experts, the Bamboo Tent creates a rustic, earthy atmosphere that is ideal for adding a touch of charm to your ceremonies and special occasions.
Technical description
Structure
The Bamboo Tent is crafted from a white or champagne-coloured canvas, elegantly stretched over bamboo poles. It can be left open on the sides or enclosed with crystal or opaque curtains (available in white or champagne). Designed for year-round use, the tent can be equipped with heating to ensure comfort in any season. An electrical supply can also be provided by running cables through the seams of the canvas during assembly (every 5 meters).
Dimensions
The Bamboo Tent is modular, offering a variety of design possibilities:
- Width: 10m or 15m
- Length: Spans of 5m
- Standard Height: 7.2m at the centre, 2.5m on the sides
Dimensions from the platform to the centre of the masts:
- Height: 3.6m
- Diameter: 70cm
The platform supports a maximum weight of approximately 50kg, evenly distributed.
Covering
The canvas covering is waterproof, anti-UV, fireproof, and classified as M2 for fire resistance, ensuring both durability and safety.
Curtains
The curtains can be rolled up for an open-air feel (this is either a paid option or can be done by you). The bamboo threshold bars at the bottom of the curtain measure 5.2m in length, and the surrounding curtains attach via clips on a rod for easy adjustment.
Fixing
The Bamboo Tent is anchored using several fixed points. It is secured with guying placed 2.5m from each pole, ensuring stability. For an added rustic touch, braided ropes can be used in place of standard guy ropes to enhance the natural, earthy aesthetic of the bamboo structure.
Safety
The Bamboo Tent is designed to withstand winds up to 100 km/h and snow depths of up to 4 cm. All marquees are installed by certified professionals, adhering to strict technical standards for safety and reliability.
Approval
We can provide an extract from the Safety Register for our Bamboo Marquees. These structures are CTS-approved by the relevant authorities, ensuring full compliance with safety regulations for public events.
