Celebrating a wedding by a lake in Corrèze offers guests an extraordinary natural setting. For this couple, who gathered 250 guests, Atawa designed a chic and rustic reception where every detail was carefully considered.
The Glass Wall Marquee for Dinner and Dancing
A 10 x 30 m glass wall marquee, installed on a wooden floor, hosted the dinner and evening festivities. With its awning-style format, it opened directly onto the lake, providing both comfort and protection. A magical touch was added with a suspended starry ceiling, creating a fairytale atmosphere as night fell.
A Warm Stretch Tent for the Cocktail Hour
For the cocktail, guests enjoyed a 10 x 15 m stretch tent extended by a 10 x 20 m wooden terrace. This welcoming space encouraged conversation in a relaxed atmosphere, perfectly blending with the surrounding nature. A dedicated catering tent ensured smooth service for the reception.
Tailored Technical Installations
While the venue was undeniably charming, its difficult access posed a logistical challenge. Atawa carried out multiple technical site inspections to guarantee flawless coordination between all vendors: florist, caterer, and installation teams.
Customized Solutions for a Challenging Venue
To preserve the site’s aesthetics while meeting technical requirements, the team installed a cotton façade to discreetly conceal the catering area, elegant skirting on both the glass wall marquee and the cocktail tent, a generator with full electrical distribution, and a lighting projection to highlight the venue’s façade.

Beyond the installation, Atawa provided on-site support throughout the wedding evening, ensuring complete peace of mind for the couple and their guests. Every detail was carefully monitored in real-time so the celebration could unfold without a hitch.
