The challenge of organising a corporate conference in a courtyard in Paris
Used to organising corporate events on its premises, the investment company this time called on Atawa to host its corporate conference on the theme of "alternative financing methods to fund-raising".
Welcoming around a hundred people to its offices for the occasion, the client wanted to optimise the space, including the internal courtyard of this building located on rue de Grenelles in the 6th arrondissement of Paris. One of the constraints was to find an event structure that would not damage the building and that would adapt to the layout of this difficult-to-access location, all in just a few days.
Courtyard cover and heated sunshade hire
Atawa was quick to suggest the installation of an 80 m2 Lycra fabric in the courtyard, using jacks positioned between the windows to ensure that the building was not damaged. The structure is aesthetically pleasing and can be adapted to any type of environment, inside or outside. The ideal solution, therefore, to house the company cocktail party that followed the conference.
As the event took place in October, Atawa also suggested the installation of several gas-powered heated parasols so that the guests could enjoy the evening without any problems. For the lighting, the client opted for an aesthetically pleasing and friendly atmosphere with ambient lighting using free-standing spotlights.
And despite the autumnal temperatures, the atmosphere in the tent was warm: the guests were able to discuss the conference with a glass of champagne in hand, amidst palm leaves, all under the starry Parisian sky.
