Small particularity, the cocktail dinner which brought together managers and workers, took place on one of their current construction sites. Managing the event from start to finish, Atawa imagined the perfect reception for Bottes Fondations via a 3D plan, subsequently delivering a complete, turnkey offer to the company. There were a total of 210 of them celebrating under a magnificent Crystal tent that looked like an icy palace, set up in the middle of the night and the construction site.

Hiring a Cristal tent for a company party in winter
Managing the event from start to finish, Atawa designed the perfect reception for Bottes Fondations via a 3D plan, then delivered a complete turnkey package to the company. A total of 210 people were invited to celebrate in a magnificent Cristal tent that looked like an ice palace, set up in the middle of the night and the construction site. Inside, there was coloured lighting and carpeting to warm up the atmosphere, as well as a TV, sound system and heating to allow the site team to make speeches, view backs or even dance into the wee hours.
Atawa also provided a range of lounge furniture: a central bar, a podium, eating tables and lounges with cosy armchairs. And for the decor, seasonal elements: frosted pine cones and thorns, fake golden apples, red cannonballs, garlands of lights and champagne buckets...
And yes, at that time it was almost Christmas.
Support throughout the event
In order to ensure that everyone could enjoy the evening to the full, Atawa also took care of the technical aspects of the event, namely managing the sound and light shows. Another logistical point was the installation of a catering office so that the cocktail party could take place in the best possible conditions.
